Cassandra and Alondra running the front desk today (1/3/26) did a fantastic job. I waited while my son and his 4 friends went through and they made sure every person who visited understood what Bam Kazam was and how to navigate the fun. There were also 2 other crew members in the back offering amazing support to the front desk and all visiting guests. Great experience, would absolutely visit again!
It was such a fun experience for my family. It was definitely such a physical and logical games. The employees are super friendly and instructive. I would definitely recommend this for all peeps who love a challenge. Definitely coming again!
Such a cool underrated place! It’s like a bunch of mini escape rooms and they’re super challenging but require teamwork and strategy. You can do them as many times as you want too and choose which you like most to keep doing. And the staff is super nice and friendly 10/10 recommended
