Place is super easy to find tons of parking. Place is huge clean loads of fun. There's tons of free parking and there are tons of options inside as far as fun and food and drinks. The bar is fully stocked and the servers are quick to help you. The food was really good and reasonably priced liie most of the other locations. Wish it had more space for more games but they had a lot of deals and combo options. Food came quickly and it was hot and clean. Restrooms are in the back and fully tended to and there are all kinds of groups of people. Drinks were also really good.

My family loves coming here. Food is not the best, but most people are not coming here for just the food. The updated menu is pretty good. We started getting the season passes, which depending on what level you get, offers unlimited games (excluding purple colored games) but a limit of 2000 tickets per week per pass. Pass lasts for around 3 months. After a couple visits it pays for itself. We try to go early afternoon before it gets too busy. My 7 y/o daughter and 3 y/o son love all the games. Place is clean. Employees are quick to respond with any issues. Table service speed can be hit or miss. We will keep getting the season passes in the future.

Reading the reviews I do agree with some frustration regarding games not working etc. however ,5 stars for employees (although very busy and maybe short staffed ) willing to help with a nice attitude and a smile , I wish I could remember the game attendant that helped us. The kids love it , I think the value is great , place is clean and food is very good . I happen to meet the manager Chris and complimented the staff. Look this place is a big operation, lots going on but they do their best and I find are always willing to help , patience is key sometimes.
