The Little Gym of Maplewood

Both of my kids attend classes at Little Gym Maplewood and we couldn’t be happier. The team there makes the experience for the kids so fun. More impressive was the birthday party we hosted for our 2 year old son. They had a full staffed team of 4 coaches available to assist and make the experience spectacular. I was so impressed how well the team was managed and worked together to keep the party going. They spent time working with all of the kids and had multiple activities planned to keep them excited. From the start of the planning process they were communicative and flexible to make the party as painless as possible. Most importantly, the kids had a fun time! 100% recommend.

Both our girls (2 and 4) have been coming for back to back classes on Saturdays this session (and we will be back!!). The coaches are all just spectacular. They’re so kind, warm, and welcoming - you can tell they both genuinely care about the kids and enjoy working with them. There are many coaches inside with each class to help with more focused attention and class management! Love the mix of structured guidance and open exploration - and love that they flag for the grownups each class what skills they’re working on. I’ve been especially impressed with how the coaches have supported kids through some emotional stuff I’ve seen (sharing/taking turns, boo boos, general not wanting to participate, peer conflict, etc.). Their equipment is brand new and their internal setup is always changing to keep it interesting for the kiddos. The gym is also always kept spotless. We’ve also been to their parties (and are hosting one ourselves there soon)! Must visit and do a trial at least - so so happy they’ve become a new staple in our town.

The Little Gym of Maplewood is such a wonderful place for kids to learn, grow, and have fun. The staff is incredibly kind, patient, and engaging. They truly make every child feel seen and supported. They genuinely care about the kids and the families they serve. I highly recommend to any parent looking for a fun, encouraging space where their child can thrive!
