We made a 3-day trip to visit Nickelodeon Universe, DreamWorks water Park and Big Snow. Nickelodeon universe was excellent. Everything there was pristine. The rides were kept exceptionally well. Most of the workers were accommodating, kind and friendly. We bought our tickets ahead of time but the kiosk did not print our wristbands properly. We then had to wait in another line. The person was mad because the machine was not working. This was not our fault. You do not need a wristband to enter the park They don't even check them until you actually get on the rides. We saw families of four sharing two wristbands. I only went on two rides I could have easily used my husband's wristband. Don't put your wristband on too tightly so that you can get it off. We were happy with the line length It was doable even on a holiday. Another highlight were the shows. The performers were really into it and it was great to see them so excited even to do a hokey routine. Hats off to these performers.
Fantastic Family Fun—Rain or Shine! Nickelodeon Universe is a great spot for family fun. My kids loved every single ride! What really stood out to me was how accommodating and helpful they are with special needs. They truly make sure everyone can enjoy the park. The facility is very clean, the staff is friendly, and the operating hours are great. I love that it’s local; for those of us who love amusement parks, it’s amazing to know that winter doesn't mean you can’t enjoy a roller coaster! Highly recommend for a local indoor getaway.
Had an absolute blast at Nickelodeon Universe! This place is massive. Whether you're bringing little ones or you're chasing thrills yourself, there's something for everyone. The theming is spot-on with all your favorite Nick characters like SpongeBob, the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, PAW Patrol, and Dora. The roller coasters like The Shredder and Kraang Prime Pandemonium are legitimately intense – not your average "mall rides". Younger kids have plenty of options too, from Blue's Skidoo to the Rugrats Reptar Go-Round carousel. Yeah, tickets aren't cheap, but honestly you can do the whole park in a few hours, so grab those last-two-hours discount tickets if you can. It does get a bit warm inside, and lines can build up on busy days, but overall it's a super fun experience. Definitely worth checking out!
