That's my second party at Skyzone and i have nothing to complain about, from customer service, to my host Ashley who did a phenomenal job, a big thank you Ashley, then to check out at the end, everything went smoothly and the kids enjoyed every minute they had, and my daughter couldn't stop talking about the fun she had and asked me when we're going back, all that to say if you wanna throw your kid a birthday party hassle free, when you have your own host and you just worry about bringing the kids,book the VIP package, you will be able to bring outside food and play your own music too, a private room; a big room that can fit a good amount of children and adult, I highly recommend Skyzone Union NJ, two great experiences, Thank you to everyone who helped made my daughters birthday an unforgettable day but precisely Ashley, again Thank you Ashley, you're the best🥰🥰🥰🥰

Staff was super helpful and courteous. The park had a lot of activities for the kids. Staff was very attentive to our party's needs. My only issue is the cootie factor, for which there is only so much that can be done about. Nothing against the establishment; it's just the nature of the beast. We had a great time at my nephew's birthday party. Enjoyable experience overall.
